How we build athletes like no one else!
Real-time data obtained from our TRAZER sport simulators enables us to immediately
assess an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses, so that our TRAQ Coaches can plot
the most effective and efficient training path to reach your goals.
When you arrive at one of our TRAQ facilities we will begin the process by taking
your history to determine whether you have any deficits that would limit your full
participation in the TRAQ 3D programs. You will be questioned about factors that
may affect your movement skills and balance, as well as some pertaining to your
general health and fitness.
After you’ve had time to familiarize yourself with the TRAZER simulator’s “virtual
world to real world relationship,” we will test your athleticism using the TRAZER
Performance Assessment (click
to view). This will identify any sport specific movement deficits and imbalances
that you may have, and allow us to design a program for you that targets your identified
goals, and limitations and that is specific to your sport.
As we work together, using conventional strength equipment in conjunction with specialized
TRAZER training programs, TRAZER monitors your moment-to-moment performance to determine
your tolerances, limits, and to chart your progress.
During TRAZER training, we’ll closely monitor your heart rate, dynamic stance, and
movement speed to more precisely control your activities to ensure safe and effective
exercise and maximal results.
Our specific goals for you include:
• Develop and refine your sport-specific movement skills. Emphasis is on your global
performance, increasing your ability to react, acceleration and deceleration with
power while maintaining balance.
• Significantly improve your movement consistency by minimizing the variability
of your movement – this will be accomplished by computer analysis and training of
your stance during sports simulations.
• Increase your lean muscle mass via scientific strength training and proper diet
and nutrition.
• Improve your movement power and endurance by combining TRAZER and progressive
overloads. (“PowerTRAQ”)
• Improve your sports vision; which includes anticipation, timing, reaction speed,
focus, concentration and court vision using 3D Sports Vision Training.
• Improve your movement efficiency to ensure no wasted movements or unnecessary
energy expenditures – efficient movement maximizes results and reduces injuries.
• Factor in the timing of your competitive season to ensure you peak at the optimal
time – which in sports science is call “periodization.”
